We offer the very best in setting, comfort, and coordination to make your visit a special and memorable experience for all. RATES: 2 night minimum, sleeps 8 maximum
October 16-May 14: $165.00 (Excluding Holidays, Newport Wine Festival, Spring Break)
May 15-October 15: $215.00

OFF-SEASON SPECIAL (Sept-June):  7th NIGHT FREE  (Excluding Spring Break)

TO ALL THE ABOVE, PLEASE ADD:
1% lodging tax
$50 cleaning fee
$200 refundable damage deposit
$40 hot tub maintenance fee if utilizing.
 
Guidelines for Your Stay at Pacifica House:
  • There is a two night minimum stay at Pacifica at all times.
  • In order to guarantee reservations, a deposit of one-half (1/2) of the total bill is required within 10 days of original reservation date.
  • Full payment is required twenty-one (21) days prior to your stay, including a 1% lodging tax, and refundable security deposit of $200.
  • There is no admittance without full payment of bill.
  • Cancellations: Reservations canceled 61 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of monies paid (minus credit card processing fees). Reservations canceled 31-60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive ½ of total monies paid (minus credit card processing fees). Reservations canceled less than 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive no refunds; no exceptions.
  • If guidelines are not followed, and result in additional costs for cleaning or repairs, the security deposit will not be refunded and any additional costs incurred will be billed accordingly.
  • The maximum occupancy of Pacifica is eight (8) people.
